Sneak Peak at Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny
I have received portions of the script for Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. Here's a sample scene.
INT. JONES BEDROOM. NIGHT
INDIANA JONES is roused from sleep by the ringing of his bedside phone. He wears pajamas and his brown fedora. He grabs a whip and snaps it at the phone, bring the receiver to his hand.
JONES
Hello?
A mysterious voice with a thick German accent responds from the phone.
VOICE
Is this Dr. Indiana Jones?
JONES
Last time I checked.Who is this? What do you want?
VOICE
I am led to believe you own a very nice home in Connecticut, Dr. Jones. Yes?
JONES
You stay away from my house, pal.
VOICE
So, it is true? Ja?
JONES
Yeah. It’s true. What of it?
VOICE
I am wondering, Dr. Jones, if you would be willing to accept a cash offer on your home. Sold as is. Closing within 30 days.
JONES slams the receiver down.
JONES
Telemarketers. Why does it always have to be telemarketers?
